Marvin Passkoff, a distinguished figure in the realm of public accounting, co-founded the firm in 1993, marking the inception of a successful and enduring professional journey. With a career spanning back to 1975, Marvin has cultivated extensive experience in public accounting, demonstrating a particular acumen for small and medium-sized businesses, with a specialization in family-held real estate partnerships. His multifaceted expertise encompasses individual tax planning, the preparation of financial statements, and tax services for individuals, partnerships and corporations.

Marvin’s hallmark achievement lies in the profound rapport he has established and sustained with his diverse portfolio of business clients. A proud member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Marvin holds a New York CPA license. His academic foundation was laid at Baruch College, New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1975.
